Everything on BoutiqueFunded happens in a simulated environment. Evaluation accounts and accounts described as "funded" are demo accounts loaded with virtual capital. You never trade real money, no order is sent to or executed on a live market on your behalf, and the only money at risk to you is the fee you choose to pay for an evaluation.
All trading activity on the Service takes place on simulated demo accounts using third-party market data for illustration. Prices, fills, balances and equity shown to you are part of a simulation and may differ from any real market. We do not hold or manage real funds for you, and you are not exposed to real market risk through the Service.
When we refer to a "funded" account, we mean a simulated account with a larger virtual balance that you unlock by passing an evaluation. Receiving a simulated funded account does not mean we have given you real capital, opened a real trading account in your name, or agreed to manage money on your behalf. It is an opportunity to earn a discretionary Reward by demonstrating consistent, rule-compliant performance in the simulation.
Any results, statistics, leaderboards, certificates or profit figures presented by BoutiqueFunded are hypothetical and are generated in a simulated environment. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are achieved with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve real financial risk, and do not reflect the impact that real market conditions, liquidity or emotions may have on actual trading. Past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Rewards payouts are calculated by reference to the simulated profit on your funded account and the profit split in the applicable Program Rules. They are paid by the Company as a reward for performance in the evaluation, not as trading profit owed to you, and remain subject to verification of rule compliance, identity verification and the conditions in our Terms. We may withhold or adjust a Reward where it results from a rule breach, prohibited conduct, or a technical error.
BoutiqueFunded is not a broker, exchange, investment firm, fund or financial adviser, and nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not solicit deposits for trading, do not offer securities, and do not provide any service that requires authorisation as a regulated financial activity. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decision.
The Company may, entirely at its own discretion and in its own name, take risk-management actions in connection with its business. Any such activity is the Company's own and is wholly separate from your simulated account. It creates no real position for you, gives you no interest in any real instrument, and does not change the simulated nature of your account or these arrangements.
The Service is a skill evaluation, not an employment opportunity or a guaranteed source of income. There is no assurance that you will pass an evaluation, qualify for a funded account, or receive any Reward. The fees you pay are at risk and may not be recovered if you do not meet the program objectives.
You are responsible for ensuring that participating in a simulated trading evaluation is lawful in your jurisdiction and for any tax consequences of any Reward you receive. By using the Service you confirm that you understand and accept the simulated nature of the product described in this Disclaimer.
